                                         for
                                    "J+Solutions"

        Sparks Floor Care Service was started by David Leon Sparks in 1981.  Over the years, 
the business has seen astounding success.  The business handles all the floor maintenance 
capabilities and collects the dimensions of its client's floors for future reference.  The 
business presently seeks the help of "J + Solutions" to give it an automated approach with 
its administrative efforts by developing a database to collect names, addresses, and room 
dimensions and prices. 

Background
	Sparks Floor Care Service has seen action all over the State of Georgia.  Its 
business clients include, former Governors and peoples all over Georgia,  businesses and showcase 
homes throughout Metro Atlanta, other counties and out of state, to the Annual Decorator's Show 
House, as well as, The Atlanta History Center's Swan House, and many other prominent homes in many 
other neighborhoods all over Georgia.  The business inspired Sparks Floor Finishing in 2000, started 
by Daniel C. Sparks in Florida, to start installing and refinishing floors, unlike Sparks Floor Care 
Service in Georgia, which maintains and cars for floors through its unique cleaning processes.  
It also inspired Juanita's Detail Cleaning to work along side the company and transform into Sparks
Cleaning Services, which is owned and operated by Juanita K. Sparks and Lois E. S. Webb.  Also, 
Jonathan M. and Stephen M. Sparks, and Norris Gunn are dedicated to the maintenace of the business 
and its daily operations. Currently, the Sparks Floor Care Service business is owned by 
U Can Swim, Inc., and BGW Realty with by Benjamin L. Sparks, as the Chief Executor, 
due to the magnificent homegoing of our dedicated servant, David L. Sparks , in October 2008.    

Problem
	Sparks Floor Care Service would like an automated approach to keeping up with 
the data it collects.  

Solution
	In close consultation with Sparks Floor Care Service,  "J + Solutions" will 
completely automate the administrative and operational aspect of this business by 
developing a system, which keeps track of vital business activity and produces nice 
reports.   An interface according to Sparks Floor Care Service's specifications will be 
created in Visual Basic.  It will connect to a database, FLOORCLIENTNET, which will 
be created in Access.  Reports will be generated in Crystal Reports. 

Time Frame
	The estimated start date for Phase I, development of the database 
FLOORCLIENTNET is January 1, 2011.

Changes to System
	All changes to the system will have to go through Joseph Leon Sparks, Chief 
Consultant of "J + Solutions".  It will then be at his discretion to determine if the changes 
can be implemented.  All changes, though, will have to come to his attention by Benjamin 
L. Sparks, Jonathan M. Sparks, Stephen M. Sparks, or Juanita K. Sparks of Sparks Floor Care Service. 

Costs
	All costs and payments will be handled and agreed upon by one representaive each of
Sparks Floor Care Service and "J + Solutions".
